How to deal with these problems in low-temperature lithium batteries

    Uneven charging causes low voltage: After battery testing, uneven charging of the battery cells occurs due to contact resistance or inconsistent charging current in the testing cabinet. During short-term storage, the voltage difference is small, but during long-term storage, the voltage difference is large. This low voltage has no quality problem and may be solved through charging. After being charged in production, store for more than 24 hours to measure voltage.

    Abnormal temperature: If a low-temperature lithium battery shows abnormal temperature during charging or discharging, such as excessively high temperature. The cause of this situation may be the slight short circuit phenomenon inside the low-temperature lithium battery.

    Short cycle life of battery pack: The battery pack's lifespan ends within the promised usage time. This situation is due to poor consistency of the battery pack or particularly poor performance of individual series connected batteries, resulting in insufficient charging and discharging of the battery pack.

    1.The battery pack suddenly stops working during use: it may be due to the low-temperature lithium battery being discharged and reaching the lower limit voltage of the maintenance board or controller, and the maintenance board or controller ends working; Or if the continuous working current exceeds the design maintenance current of the maintenance board or the continuous current of the controller, causing the maintenance board or controller to end working, this will suddenly cause the battery pack to end working.

    2.The battery cell swells and bulges, leaks air and liquid, has a stimulating odor, the screws turn black, the battery cell softens, accumulates and hardens, overheats, and drops ears. Overcharging, overdischarging, and overloading. The reasons for the inability to charge the battery include reverse polarity of the battery, poor internal contact, being fully charged, and issues with the battery cells;

    3. How to determine if the battery has water ingress: check the appearance for water stains and signs of water ingress, rotate the casing for water droplets to seep out, and shake the interior of the casing for a sound of water free shaking;
